Manitoba Business Immigration Pathways

Entrepreneur & Farm Invester Pathways

Manitoba’s Business Investor Stream (BIS) under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) offers a structured pathway for entrepreneurs, business owners, and experienced farmers to build or buy a business (or farm) in Manitoba and transition to Canadian permanent residency (PR). The stream is designed to stimulate economic growth, create jobs, and support long‑term settlement in the province.

The Business Immigration Stream(BIS) comprises two main pathways:

*For Business Owners and Investors

*For experienced farm investers

Both pathways require candidates to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI), meet eligibility criteria, operate their businesses or farms, fulfill performance obligations, and then receive a provincial nomination for PR.
