1) | Contact Stevens & Associates by phone, fax, e-mail or in-person for a free initial assessment of your qualifications. |
| 2) | If qualified, receive an agreement offering our services. If unqualified at this time, be given counseling on what to do to become qualified in the future. |

| 3) | Sign agreement to use our services. |

| 4) | Receive full set of forms & documents lists for you and your family members to prepare and return to the company. |
|
| 5) | The company prepares your file for your review, signature and submission to the appropriate processing center. |

| 6) | Receipt of file number. |
|
| 7) | Receipt of interview notice or interview waiver notice. |
|
| 8) | Receipt of full interview preparation by the company. |
|
| 9) | Attendance at interview by applicant. |
|
| 10) | Receipt of notice of issuance of landing document. |
|
| 11) | Receipt of landing documents and full list of landing services. |
|
| 12) | Ongoing contact to assist with assimilation into your new homeland. |
